Postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a disease characterized by a pulse that is too fast when the patient stands. Symptoms include palpitations, dizziness on standing, headaches, chronic fatigue, chest pain and other nonspecific symptoms. Not identify causes of pots in the rule to individual patients.

The reversible causes such as low blood volume should be discarded. This may sound silly, but you have to control your blood pressure and check whether you are anemic? Your heart rate increases when you get up? It's quite different than dizzy. Sounds a bit like if he / she is just fishing for a response. Make sure to enable the appropriate test and demonstrate that increases your heart rate when you stand before taking the drug.

Good Luck
